Was in Cafe(Melbourne) now blogging, Maybe in an hour or two, will be my presentation.

Finally I am going back singapore.. Which i will miss the weather over here, yet i still prefer singapore weather.

Freezing over here + Raining = South pole!

The Cars over here seem abit old & dirty but still accessible ..

Foods here are definitly expensive than singapore. Every meal is either sandwitches nor Wedges, Pizza,Steak,Pasta.

A story for being charge for molester stuff :

A TOP graduate blamed his medical condition for ejaculating on the thigh of a woman in a bus but the judge did not buy it.

Two doctors said Chong Weien, 28, suffers from spontaneous ejaculation and is easily aroused even without any physical stimulation.

This cut no ice with District Judge Jill Tan, who said in her judgement: 'Even if the accused did suffer from a spontaneous ejaculation on the bus, this did not rule out the possibility that he could have brushed his penis against the victim's thigh as well.'

The judge found him guilty and sentenced him to 15 months in jail and three strokes of the cane on June 19.

Chong has filed an appeal against the conviction and sentence while the prosecution is appealing to the High Court to increase the sentence.

He has a previous similar conviction and was jailed for 15 months and caned three times in 2002

On his release, Chong continued his studies in psychology at the National University of Singapore (NUS). His latest offence was committed in his final year.

On the night of Sept 14, 2006, the victim, a Chinese national studying in a different faculty, boarded a NUS shuttle bus to return to her hostel.

Chong, who was wearing a T-shirt and a pair of shorts and holding a jacket at waist level, pressed his crotch against her in the bus.

She felt something wet on her thigh and demanded to know what he was up to. Both of them then got off the bus.

Her male friend who followed them noticed damp stains on Chong's jacket and realised that it was semen.

The woman, who cannot be identified as she is a victim in an outrage of modesty case, testified that Chong apologised and promised not to do it again.

Police were called and a DNA test confirmed that the semen on her thigh was his.

The court also heard from two doctors that Chong suffers from spontaneous ejaculation.

Chong's lawyer Ravinderpal Singh told the court that his client had graduated at the top of his class in 2007 and has been accepted to do a Master's in clinical psychology at James Cook University in Australia.

The lawyer asked for a minimal sentence without caning.

But Judge Tan noted that Chong had outraged a woman's modesty on a bus, which she said was 'an extremely brazen act'.

She felt a maximum sentence was inappropriate as no minor was involved.

SINGAPORE: Singapore's Education Ministry (MOE) has announced several precautionary measures to deal with H1N1 flu when schools reopen on June 29.

The Education Ministry said it will issue a seven-day leave of absence to all school staff and students returning from affected countries on, or after June 22.

The ministry said schools will remind all their staff and students to exercise social responsibility to declare their travel history if they have been to the affected countries.

It added that they are to stay at home for seven days before returning to school if they have visited the affected countries.

Speaking at a news conference, Education Minister Ng Eng Hen said the ministry believes about one to two per cent of students and staff will return from the affected countries.

Dr Ng added that if clusters are found in schools, then some classes, or if necessary, the whole school will be closed for a period of time.

Singaporeans will have to be prepared for these disruptions as and when clusters are found.

Turning to specific measures in schools, the ministry said that when school reopens, there will be temperature taking twice daily until further notice.

There will also be screening of travel history. Schools will send travel declaration forms to all staff, parents of students, vendors and service providers before school reopens to update their travel history.

When schools reopen on Monday, teachers will check the travel declaration forms to ensure all students in the classroom have not travelled to affected countries.

HE DIDN'T have the money to get a tattoo, so his 14-year-old schoolmate offered to do it - for just $10.

Now Thomas regrets the ugly work that will scar his skin for life.

Thomas (not his real name) is a bespectacled skinny 15-year-old. With neat hair and trimmed finger nails, he looks like a regular secondary school student.

You would never suspect that he hides a tattoo. Even his parents don't know because the tattoo is hidden near his thigh.

At $10, it seemed like a steal.

Professional tattoo parlours charge anything from $80 to thousands of dollars, depending on the size and intricacy of design.

Thomas said: 'At first, I didn't know that my junior was a tattoo artist, until I saw him showing off his tattoos in school.

'They looked pretty good, so I asked him where he did them. He replied that he had done them himself.'

The friend, who could not be contacted, had bought the equipment from an online auction for just over $100.

And he started offering his services to his friends.

Said Thomas: 'I don't have the money to get a professional tattoo done. So I thought this was a good chance for me to get myself one.'

Thomas, as he tells it, has been trying to get a tattoo for over two years now, ever since he noticed a stranger walking past him with a full sleeve of tattoos on his arm.

He and the student 'artist' discussed the tattoo design for a few weeks before Thomas finally decided on a lotus with his name in the centre.

Thomas told one person that he was getting a tattoo: his best friend and classmate, who wanted to be known only as Terry.

Terry said: 'He did tell me he was getting a tattoo. I wasn't supportive of his idea. I told him that if his parents found out, he would get into a lot of trouble.

'But I still kept him company while he was getting his tattoo done. I even tried to make him laugh to help take his mind off the pain.'

Like being cut by penknife

According to Thomas, the pain he experienced while being tattooed was similar to being cut over and over again by a penknife.

He said: 'I had my tattoo done at my friend's four-room HDB flat in Admiralty. His grandparents were at home when I was being tattooed.

'They didn't hear us, as the TV in the living room was on and the tattoo machine wasn't that loud.'

Wasn't he worried about getting a tattoo done by a boy even younger than himself?

'I wasn't very worried,' he said. 'My junior was confident enough of his own abilities to tattoo himself.

'Also, he has done a few tattoos for eight of my schoolmates already.'

According to Thomas, his junior changes needles after every tattoo and uses a lighter to sterilise the needle before each session.

But Thomas does not know where the inks come from.

He said: 'I was charged $10 to cover the cost of the materials used. He does tattoos only to make a bit of extra pocket money for himself.'

A check by The New Paper revealed that a tattoo machine can cost as little as $30, while a full tattoo kit can go for about $200.

The sellers offer to deliver the machines to your home. That is how Thomas' friend got his machine.

Did he regret getting a tattoo? Thomas said: 'Yes.'

'The tattoo didn't come out the way I wanted it to. It doesn't look very good. But then again what can you expect for just $10?'

Isn't he running the risk of being suspended or expelled for having a tattoo?

'Yes, one of my schoolmates had a tattoo and she was asked to remove it or risk being expelled. That's why I decided to have it done somewhere inconspicuous.

'It should be all right as long as I don't expose it in public. Right now, only my closest friends know I have it.'

Thomas had his tattoo placed on his upper right thigh so it would remain concealed even while wearing his shorts for his physical education class.

Another of his schoolmates, who wished to be known as Damien, said: 'There are quite a few in my school who have tattoos; about 10 people per level.

'Some of them even make their own tattoo machines using Tamiya car motors.'

He added: 'I still wouldn't want to get one till I finish school though. I don't dare risk my education.'

As for Thomas, his main concern is his parents finding out.

He said: 'I come from a traditional Buddhist family. If they find out about it, I may as well consider myself dead.'

Chinese star Jet Li 'takes Singapore citizenship'

SINGAPORE (AFP) - - Chinese action star Jet Li has taken up Singapore citizenship and bought a property in the city state worth nearly 20 million Singapore dollars (14 million US), according to a report.

The Business Times did not say when the Beijing-born star took up his new nationality or bought the upmarket property. It did not give its source.

Singapore's Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) would not confirm the newspaper report when contacted by AFP for reasons of confidentiality.

Li is the latest Chinese star to have taken up Singapore citizenship, following in the footsteps of leading actress Gong Li, who shot to fame with her roles in "Farewell My Concubine" and later "Memoirs of a Geisha."

As the erected party of Singaporeans, we are here to serve.

We are demon-cratic country, you are master, we gahmen servant, we serve you. You got problems we must help. You say no need our help? That means you’re not Singapore’s master. You say you run for cover? Cannot one, our police will find you.

GST is to help the Gahmen to help yourself. The Gahmen Service Tax is everywhere, you go America also have one, cannot run one.

Traffic very bad, so bad that we have to hold car racing at nite to avoid traffic jam. We believe there is no free lunch like PM’s father say before, you use, you must pay, so Every Road Pay. So you see no ERP cannot one.

Needless to say, passenger service also must pay. The increase in bus fare and MRT and taxi fare are very little already. We foresee world inflation coming: oil, steel, pay of foreign talents, etc, so we have to pay for the service.

You see, many foreign talents come to Singapore . If we don’t pay our ministers well, they will go other countries to be their foreign talents. So must raise salary to keep them. If not, Nathan, Shanmugam, Bala etc will go Indiaand work. Khaw will go Malaysia .. etc etc. Must keep them. To keep them must pay well.

You are right, any help also must pay.

To help yourself? No, it’s illegal. You mean you can build your own MRT? Run your own buses? Drive your Ba-Ong-Chia? Build your own roads? Seow liao!! Every one help himself then how? No social order lah! Ga ga ask for help, we are here to serve you.

Yes, remember. 30 or 50 years later we will own Swiss banks, US banks, UK properties, maybe even South Pole condominiums. We must tighten our seat belt and bite our false teeth. The future very bright. As long as you continue to support the gahmen 30 to 50 years you will see bright future. So Chiang See Tong a bit lah. Also, investing is very complicated business, not easy. We must pay school fee to learn from advanced countries.

On Selamat’s case, we also must learn our lesson. We encourage life-long-learning. I learn whole life time, you learn whole life, Mr Wong Can’t Sing also whole life learning. It’s actually good. Selamat’s case gives us many lessons. We must be on alert, not too complacent. Now every Singaporean know there can be a terrorist among us any time. This is the best self defence education !! PM will give Mr Wong another salary increment for that.

Also now we merge the prisons and detention centre, more space will be available now. We will build it like another IR, Integrated Retention - so those don’t want our service and thinking of doing illegal service will go there. We will pass a new law too, the expenses for stay in that IR will be deducted from your CPF money.

In yet another online scandal that had Singaporean Netizens riled, a blogger who calls himself Gary Ng posted some 33 sex videos of himself to a blog on an obscene website.

According to a post on omy blogger Alvinology's site, Gary claims to work in the banking industry, and is not shy at all about describing his sexual encounters with the various women.

Local Chinese evening daily Lianhe Wabao, reported that about 22 women were featured in the 33 videos Gary uploaded. Gary also titled the videos such that they profile the women whom he was having sex with.

From the titles include, 'Gary Ng vs. Beer Auntie', 'Gary Ng vs. Ah Lian' and even 'Gary Ng vs. Friend's Niece'. A real estate agent, an NUS student, a bank employee and a neighbour were also among Gary's 'conquests', Lianhe Wanbao reported.

The Wanbao report said that Gary first uploaded the sex clips to a blog hosted on an obscene website. He then made a number of posts on several popular Singaporean online forums, describing his sexual experiences in great detail and posting links to the videos.

Response to the videos were rife with criticism, with many Netizens condemning Gary's actions and sending 'flames' or angry posts. However, a handful of bloggers were found to have posted links to Gary's sex videos on their own blogs as well.

Lianhe Wanbao said that the first clip was uploaded sometime in August 2008, and the videos last from between more than 10 seconds to some 30 seconds.

From the angle the video were shot, the camera was likely to have been placed at a high point in the room. The women seem not to be aware of the fact that their actions were being recorded.

NET users on the move can now surf the Internet at speeds of up to 21Mbps on their notebook computers, three times faster than previously possible. Singapore's second largest telecommunications company, StarHub, on Friday said that it had completed an upgrade to its mobile broadband network to support download speeds of up to 21Mbps, a speed comparable to a high-end fixed broadband connections.

Users need to plug in a special wireless modem into their computer's USB connection to get connected to this network.

Due to limited equipment availability, StarHub is offering a free trial of the service to 100 users. Interested users can sign up at its website.

Teen had sex with girl, 10 ; By Carolyn Quek

WHEN they met on the internet in December two years ago, he was almost 17 and she had just turned 10.

After three months of calls, SMSes, one date and a Valentine's poem that made her 'feel love', they became an item.

Eight months later in November 2007, their relationship turned sexual. The young lovers engaged in sex on three other occasions before they were found out last January.

The girl's mother had noticed a change in her daughter's behaviour, and reported to the police.

On Thursay, the teen Xia Yun, now 19, pleaded guilty to two counts of carnal connection.

Two similar charges were taken into consideration.

The court heard that the girl had met Xia on a multi-player online gaming site AuditionSea sometime in December 2006.

They exchanged handphone numbers and kept in constant contact via SMSes and calls. Then on Valentine's Day in 2007, they met for the first time.

As Xia, is still under 21, Judge Soh Tze Bian called for a pre-sentence report to find if he was eligible for probation. This will be decided next month.

If Xia is not granted probation, he faces jail of up to five years and a fine of up to $10,000 on each charge.
